We are currently looking for creative, outgoing candidates who are passionate about plants to fill our Gardener positions. Applicants must have three years of horticulture experience and be willing to obtain a chauffeur's license (we will train and pay for testing). Daily tasks include weeding, raking, mulching, pruning, shrub trimming, perennial and annual deadheading and planting, and applying preemergent herbicides and weed control applications. These tasks will take place at commercial and residential job sites and may differ depending on the needs or conditions of each site. At Landforms, we strive for excellence. Job Requirements
- Three years of horticulture experience
- Being creative with the ability to solve problems and an eye for detail
- Chauffeur's or commercial drivers license preffered
- Work year-round in an outdoor environment
- Ability to operate vehicles and construction equipment
- Able to operate a smartphone, send and receive emails, and take digital photos
