Bessemer Trust is actively recruiting for a Global Plus Analyst to join the Global Plus Support team. The team is responsible for providing analysis and support to all Global Plus users, performing liaison functions between Bessemer and FIS, as well as overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Global Plus databases.
Document and support the resolution and prioritization process with FIS to resolve complex system problems.
Communicate daily with internal Global Plus users and various internal departments (Computer Operations, Automation, etc.)
Participate in the ongoing review and analysis of the Global Plus overnight, daily interface performance and timeliness.
Participate in the scheduling, testing and implementation of new releases, maintenance upgrades and new functionality.
Liaise with FIS representatives disseminating information as appropriate.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Effective organizational and documentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
Minimum two years of Global Plus experience, preferred
Proven ability to work well in a team setting, but self-motivated
Proficient use of Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word and Outlook
