Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance
Skills
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in technology or software sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales expertise is desirable
