Rolling Hills has an opportunity for a PRN Pharmacy Tech to join our team. At Rolling Hills Hospital, we offer behavioral health services for Adolescents, Adults, Adults with dual diagnoses, and Older Adult/Geriatrics. We integrate the principles of Service Excellence into our workplace and patient care culture.
The Pharmacy Technician, under the direct supervision of the pharmacist and within all regulatory rules governing pharmaceutical services, provides for complete pharmaceutical services to the facility.
High School graduate, or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program preferred.
Current Pharmacy technician registration
Current Tennessee Driver’s License
Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board preferred.
Previous experience in hospital pharmacy is preferred. A working knowledge of Joint Commission Standards, and state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
Previous experience with MedDispnse preferred.
HOURS: THIS IS A PRN POSITION WITH EVERY THIRD WEEKEND REQUIRED.
