What You’ll Get to Do:
The Security Cooperation (SC) Training Analyst will serve as a member of a CACI National Services contract team supporting U.S. Air Force (USAF) Headquarters, Air Education and Training Command (AETC) at Randolph AFB, Texas.
More About the Role:
Responsible for providing subject matter expertise for SC programs to include evaluating and providing recommendations on how to improve SC education and training curriculum based on changing and/or emerging strategies and strategic-level guidance.
Responsible for providing MAJCOM-level review of all SC-related curriculum and suggest changes based on SC experience, doctrine, and familiarity with emerging requirements.
Serve as AETC security cooperation subject matter expert – includes working with higher headquarters program offices and other agencies currently involved in security cooperation (i.e., State Department, Joint Staff, Headquarters Air Force, AF Personnel Center, AF Culture Language Center).
Responsible for developing and presenting SC-related briefings and other correspondence to AETC leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure all education and training is conducted in accordance with Geographic Combatant Commands-, USAF-, and AETC-established policies and procedures.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Previous security cooperation experience, including Foreign Assistance, Security Assistance (Foreign Military Sales, Foreign Military Financing, International Military Training and Education, excess defense articles), Security Force Assistance and/or Foreign Internal Defense
USAF deployment experience, particularly as a USAF member in the past ten years.
Two (2) years USAF MAJCOM or higher staff experience.
The demonstrated capacity to serve as a professional team player.
A proven record of producing high-impact results for a customer.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Previous Country Team planner experience, with a working knowledge of theater campaign plans and country plans.
Previous experience in a Security Cooperation Organization or as a Defense Attache’ working with a US Embassy.
Served as an operational air advisor; attended Air Advisor pre-deployment training; experience in ERT and/or air advising education and training management, development, scheduling, and/or execution
USAF education and training / curriculum development experience.
Master’s degree desired.
