What you'll do
Traffic is normally a bad thing, but we want more of it…with our interactive database-driven initiatives, on landing pages, mobile applications, and e-mail marketing campaigns. You’ll help to grow site traffic, user loyalty, and revenue for ArtsQuest. Day to day you’ll:

Support and implement actions for digital communications mediums, materials, and programs including 7+ websites, 2 mobile apps, and the organization’s email marketing campaigns

Partner internally and externally to support with web development, content updates, and administration, maintaining web compliance on site

Use WordPress, or like systems, to process data and update website content

Maintain and update content management and administrative tools and website platforms

Partner with internal and external clients/agencies to update and support scalable websites
- Maintain and update app administrative tools, platforms, and content

Build HTML table-based email newsletters utilizing templates

Participate as a part of the marketing team in the conception, creation, and implementation of unique promotions
Part-time: 25 hours per week
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, you must be able to work outside normal business hours to support our events throughout the year as needed. These will be set and curtailed based on department/organizational needs.

What you’ll need to thrive
- Degree in Web Development, Marketing, Business, or related field and/or equivalent work-related experience

WordPress knowledge and experience
-
HTML and CSS proficiency, along with a drive to learn new and developing technologies

Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), etc.

UI/UX design and best practices

Prefer digital analytics, content management systems, and/or email marketing platforms experience

Desire and skills to successfully interact with clients directly

Prefer 1+ years of programming online interactive database-driven services and designing websites

Exceptional time-management and project-management skills.

Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support the business

Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all types of weather conditions during festivals/events
