Promote Media is seeking a Human Resources and Payroll Manager for our corporate office in Beverly Hills, CA, to manage bi-weekly payroll and HR practices at the corporate office. Reporting to the CEO, the HR and Payroll Manager will assist the CEO in several tasks, including:

  • Preparing bi-weekly payroll using Paychex Flex system
  • Maintaining employee records as they relate to payroll (pay rate changes, health care changes, tax information changes)
  • On-boarding new employees
  • Processing/Editing employee time-sheets
  • Supporting supervisors in the interpretation and organization of HR policies and practices
  • Liaising with our health care advisor/benefit administrator
  • Maintaining electronic and paper employee information, including employee files, in an efficient and secure manner
  • Assisting with other Accounting functions (AP/AR/invoice review)

MUST requirements:

AA/AS in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field required, BA preferred

Minimum of 4 years experience in HR

Understanding of policies and regulations related to state and local employment law

Proficiency in Excel

Experience with administering payroll

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $62,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year

Benefits: PTO/Sick Leave Benefits, paid parking, and Medical/Dental Benefits after 60 days.
