Job Summary and Mission

This position will be a key team member working closely with Product Managers on adoption and training strategies, Engineers on production support and work management, as well as, vendors on production support and license management. This role requires leadership skills, expertise in requirements analysis, communication, change management, process improvement, and effectively collaborating across various IT and business functions. In addition, you will contribute technical, functional and process expertise, provide thought leadership and drive innovation, and align leadership and business units.
Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Established experience with unified collaboration technologies and apps, ex., Office 365, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox, Exchange, Zoom
Relevant functional and business process experience
Solution design, testing and implementation experience
Applicable application and system configuration experience
7+ years of relevant experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to couple technology expertise with deep understanding of business requirements to design and deploy highly reliable, scalable, and sustainable global technology solutions.
Collaboratively and objectively assesses benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options and drives alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders.
Leverages human-centered design concepts in conjunction with agile prototyping, development, and testing to deploy highly engaging technology solutions to the end user.
Applies knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of systems development lifecycle and IT operations.
Demonstrates critical thinking and an analytical foundation to problem solving
