New Employment Options, LLC is a progressive CommunityRehabilitation Provider offering career and personal development services for peoplechallenged by disability in the work & community environments. We provideconsultation for life and vocational skills empowering our clients to achieve theirbest personal level of independence. We currently have a position available onour team for a Direct Support Professional. This is position is Part-timewith an option to grow into full-time requiring some schedule flexibility, activephysical capabilities needed for some clients, and an open-mind based on theneeds and abilities of our clients. Job Summary: Collaborate with employers, utilize and engage clientswithin community resources and work with co-workers assisting, promoting andsupporting clients within vocational, residential and community settings. Additionally,responsible for implementing program directives, providing on-site supportservices directed by specific goals. Work directly with our clients providing jobretention and personal life management assistance. We accomplish these servicesthrough 1:1 consultation with no toileting or ambulatory assistance required. Proficientworking knowledge of Internet & MS Office required for communication andreport writing. Access to personal computer and vehicle is required but monthlymileage reimbursement offered. Case note writing experience and strongcommunication skills preferred.


1 year experienceworking directly with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Travel: Required butprimarily Southern NH

Salary: Salary is based upon experience
