Our in-house technology team has architected and engineered an integrated ecosystem for collaborative real estate organizations who are seeking to streamline operations while achieving predictable conversion rates and organizational accountability around their lead opportunities. This software, which is currently in a startup accelerator, helps our team collaborate in a responsive, smart and accountable way. It helps connect home builders, home sellers and homebuyers within the most influential touch points across the path to purchase.

This person will focus on the nurturing new sales opportunities by fostering an environment that embraces a consultative approach and recognizes that your judgment is critical in building strong relationships.
The ideal candidate for our team is a strategic, collaborative, and creative team player, who has a solid understanding of their real estate specialty and marketing channels, particularly within the digital space. He or she is also at the leading edge of technology and social media trends, a motivated leader, an effective communicator, and has extremely strong presentation delivery skills.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Prospect through innovative lead generation tools and leverage existing advanced and dedicated social media opportunities
- Perpetuate and amplify a professional local brand to enhance the company brand to attract a following of targeted connections and relationships
- Strategically coordinate schedule/travel to optimize client meetings throughout the area
- Conduct all business with the highest of ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate with the team to demonstrate the resources and expertise of New Street to clients during the sales process to ensure confidence in the value and competence of our solutions
- Execute high level of integrity and trust with both internal and external customers
- Effectively advance qualified business leads from initial lead through to sales qualified through strategic touchpoint and the utilization of our custom Pilot Software
- Uncover the needs and objectives of the prospective client, and work alongside senior management to develop overarching strategic sales direction for the pitch
- Synthesize large amounts of real estate data and information into a cohesive story for market updates and presentations
- Maintain a deep understanding of all real estate service categories, including residential resale, pre-construction, builder marketing, builder sales and mortgages
- Input into brainstorming sessions with creative team to drive creative concepts and ideas across all channels as part of the pitch process
- Be at the forefront of digital trends and industry innovations as they develop
- Contribute to team marketing via authoring content
- Attend and participate in meetings
Qualifications

- 1+ years of previous real estate experience OR New agent looking to gain experience via 6 month training/shadowing program
- Strategic and creative thinking – must have the ability to contribute to the development of high-level client strategies as well as creative concepts, and be able to extend strategies/concepts into all marketing channels
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid communicator – must be able to effectively communicate with authority and confidence, while building strong relationships with team members and prospective clients
- Detail oriented multi-tasker – must have excellent project and time management skills, with ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Deadline driven – must be able to meet tight deadlines and hold team members accountable to both internal and external deadlines
- Presentation experience – must have strong verbal and visual presentation skills to command a room and evoke trust amongst clients as well as tell a compelling story
- Unwavering work ethic – must have the passion to succeed, win new client pitches, and support the greater team
Education / Training
- 1+ years of previous real estate experience OR New agent looking to gain experience via 6 month training/shadowing program
- Experience/training using software, digital marketing, and social media is preferred
Pay
- $80,000 - $750,000+, based on commissions and growth
- Diversified income sources through subsidiary businesses
