CACI has a Business Operations internship opportunity for a student entering their junior or senior year next fall in support of the LCS Program. In this role, candidates will learn how a Navy Shipbuilding Program Office runs and how CACI supports that across a variety of disciplines, gain hands-on experience providing Program Management services directly to clients, and learn the business processes required to provide Professional Support Services to a Navy client.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Assisting with managing client senior leadership calendar, incoming phone calls, and visitors
Adjudicating and resolving schedule conflicts to align program office activities with strategic priorities
Assisting Program Liaison with analyzing program personnel documentation requirements and processing applications for client facility access renewals
Researching and developing Standard Operating Procedures for business operations functions
Assisting with facility management processes and audits
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Intern should be a business, management, or communications major, or a related field
Strong communication skills and professional, personable demeanor for client interactions are a must
Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical in this role
Must be able to obtain or currently have a SECRET clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Growth and learning mindset
Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) preferred
Familiarity with military environments is a plus
Data management experience desired
Previous experience in office management preferred but not required
