We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. The qualified candidate will have experience planning, directing and coordinating digital projects and have a working knowledge of web analytics and performance metrics reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the VP and Director of this Workplace Services team and will also take the lead in collaborating with the digital managers, business partners and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of various digital projects. These projects include intranet site launches, online capabilities, web applications and colleague digital experience initiatives. Using web analytics and reporting, the successful candidate will also be responsible for providing thought leadership to drive decision making and performance assessment. Overall projects range from small to large, simple to complex and could be team specific or enterprise facing.
This position will have vendor oversight of our support team.
For this position, we expect the successful candidate to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our workspace digital goals. This person should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. This person should also be an advocate for user experience and excellence in customer servicing. As a digital project manager, this person should use their communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and leaders. As the manager leveraging web analytics and reporting to help drive decisions, this person should understand the data source and how to guide our support team to translate said data with the appropriate applications to drive meaningful business insights for our team, partners, stakeholders and customers.
Ultimately, the successful candidate should be able to set the framework that will allow us to deliver our projects’ lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
Included but not limited to:
Provide end-to-end project management
Scope project requirements and prepare budget, if applicable
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
Monitor and report on web analytics metrics. This includes but not limited to web analytics such as Adobe site catalyst, Jive Analytics and other available analytics tools.
Develop adequate reporting to track and monitor key performance indicators.
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Proven work experience as a digital project manager, preferred
Hands on experience with leveraging existing software to create effective project planning and management templates
