Digital Health Systems is a critical new area of support for Prisma Health's strategy to be the Healthcare Leader of Choice in South Carolina and beyond. Digital Health Systems includes support for Director Consumer Telehealth systems, Asynchronous Care systems, Remote Patient Monitoring, Video Visit technology, Tele-sitter and more as defined.

Job Summary
This position will manage and oversee the day to day operations and strategy for the Digital Health Systems team. Digital Health Systems supports and delopys technology that advances the goals of Digital Health / Telehealth strategy of Prisma Health. Provides leadership in the planning and overall management for the design, development, implementation and support of systems and processes to meet the goals of fast changing market trajectory for digital health. Manages the development of application and integration strategies across a variety of internal, external, and mobility systems in order to meet the operational and organizational goals of Prisma Health. Manage and coordinate all aspects of implementation, design, and maintenance of digital health systems. Hires and evaluates staff and is responsible for the scheduling of on-call duties for assigned team. Assists Director in planning operational, capital and project budgets and administration for given teams, short- and long-term planning and quality assurance, as well as the overall service delivery for designated application functionality. May be asked to lead the development and implementation of key programs.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical, healthcare or other related field

Minimum Experience
7 years - Application/Technology analyst, Administrator or Development. 2 years in a lead, supervisory or project management role

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)
Epic certification required or must obtain within 120 days of hire
