The Customer Service Experience team is responsible for the business architecture and design of the external and internal customer support experience that includes processes, systems and program implementation.
The Program Management team is an integral part of the Customer Service Experience team that ensures projects and initiatives are managed consistently and successfully following best practices and industry standards.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with technical program management experience who utilizes planning, documentation and communication skills to all programs under their management. As a Program Manager, you will:
Coordinate and monitor all program management activities to ensuring program objectives are met.
Performs continuous monitoring of program activities to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency.
Performs regular reviews and updates to all program materials to ensure the quality and accuracy of all program documentation is maintained.
Develops policies, procedures, templates, standards and documentation in support of the deployment, management and sustainability of the program.
Performs other duties as assigned.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience:
BA/BS (Minimum Required).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management. (Required).
A proven track record of successfully manage multiple programs in parallel.
Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Adaptable, innovative and detail oriented. Disciplined to solve complex problems, with the ability to resolve issues and drive solutions that create win-win situations.
A team player able to quickly establish comfortable and effective working relationships.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.
