What we're looking for
We're looking to hire a full time customer service rep to join our team and service our growing customer base. This role isn't your average customer service position. The products we sell are technical and require troubleshooting skills to service our products. We take great pride in providing excellent service to our customers and are looking for a highly skilled individual to continue upholding this standard.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answering customer support emails/phone calls
- Troubleshooting problems they might have with our gear
- Live Chatting with customers on the website
- Identify and track new issues with products and relay them to the team
- Take initiative to ensure support policies and procedures are being followed
Hours: 8:30 - 5:00
2+ years of experience in customer facing roles
Experience with phone support
Great emotional intelligence & empathy
Loves helping people
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Critical thinking skills to resolve problems
Ability to work independently after trained
70+ WPM typing
Starts at $17-19/hr DOE
