CENTRAN LOGISTICS is currently looking to add an entry level employee to our first shift customer service team.
We are located just minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
Fun, Fast paced office environment!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships between Centran Logistics and our selected carriers and customers.
- Audit shipment invoices for proper rate assessment and charges.
- Perform daily tracking of LTL and Truckload shipments.
- Contact, negotiate and secure carriers for available/open customer loads.
Looking for the following qualifications.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Professional phone and email etiquette
-Fundamental understanding of transportation and logistics is a plus
-Strong problem solving and time management skills
-Ability to follow process and standard procedures
-Able to work in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
