Responsibilities: Provide Program Analyst support to the ATC SPN-50 Program Level II/III IPT Lead. Provide support to ensure all program and project management activities for the IPT are completed on time. Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or support the specified IPTs; and IPT directed business meetings. Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating air traffic control systems and product programs. Tracks program/project status schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning. The position also will provide direct liaison with field activities and facilitate completion of all programmatic activities supporting the IPT.
Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited university in Business Management or a "Relevant Technical Discipline".
Allowable Substitution: AS or AA degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience. Or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the eight (8) years, there must be at least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis. Included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapons systems and components development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules.
Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs. Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.
Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
