PRN - Occupational Therapist services to patients in their homes
Experience and Education Undergraduate degree and one to two (1-2) years experience in occupational therapy is required. **Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation, Diver's License and Licensed Occupational Therapist is required.** Preferred: Occupational Therapy services to homebound patients.
Job Duties Designs occupational therapy programs and sets goals for each patient.
Administers occupational therapy care programs or portions of programs.
Provides instructions in therapeutic procedures to be continued by patient and family.
Evaluates, records, and reports on patient\'s progress for review by members of care team.
Maintains patient records and charts to ensure accurate record of treatment.
Identifies patient's occupational therapy needs to achieve long and short-term goals to meet needs.
Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
Performs other duties as assigned.
