CENTURY 21 New Millennium: Agent Transaction Manager (ATM) Job Description
The Agent Transaction Manager (ATM) position provides transactional support to New Millennium agents for various branches (DMV locations). It is a salaried position, with work to be accomplished Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This is NOT an entry-level position. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, ideally in an accounting or transaction support position.
The ATM supports agents by monitoring all critical Listing and Transaction documentation in SkySlope (digital document storage/transaction management platform) to maintain a proper audit trail and accurate records. The ATM is responsible for processing agent disbursements and ensuring commission is received by the Brokerage and paid to the Agent in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this dual role is extremely detail oriented. The right candidate is organized, self-motivated, tech-savvy, proactive, positive, communicative, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Having the ability to take initiative and help others achieve will help this candidate be very successful. The position requires effective communication skills, building a strong rapport with Agents & Staff and executing against an environment of multitasking. The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Work in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performing team
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Discretion and diplomacy are key!
- Respond quickly and accurately to email and calls.
- Adapt to changing policies, timelines, and situations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the mission-critical software below:
- Microsoft Word, Excel (working knowledge required!)
- Microsoft Outlook (working knowledge required!)
- SkySlope (Experience is a PLUS!)
- Bright MLS (Experience is a PLUS!)
- Google Drive (Experience is a PLUS!)
- Maintain accurate transaction records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Ensure commission is received and paid to the Agent correctly and quickly.
