What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Fleet Manager to oversee and manage a fleet of vehicles within a defined region. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring policy compliance, driving financial performance, and developing talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and P&L oversight, with a proven ability to consult, influence, and lead within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enforce fleet policies, ensuring efficient use of company and customer-owned equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and fleet managers to recommend fleet policy adjustments, reducing liability and exposure while adhering to best practices.
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and remarketing strategies based on cost analysis and lifecycle efficiency.
- Serve as an escalation point for clients and fleet managers regarding fleet administration matters.
- Provide expertise and guidance on fleet-specific regulatory and compliance issues.
- Partner with internal departments and clients to ensure the fleet's smooth operation and alignment with company goals.
- Lead talent development initiatives across the region to build and nurture high-performing teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fleet management industry.
- At least 7 years of experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of leading change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, Excel, and data mining.
- A strong focus on talent development within the region is essential.

Compensation:
- $130,000-$175,000 based on experience.
