Job Title: Processor

Summary: The primary function of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by loan officers, while ensuring that the applicant’s documents are accurate for processing. The processor is responsible for processing the loan from loan officer submission through to closing. The processor performs all of his/her duties with an understanding of effectively managing a pipeline.

Essential Functions:

  • Must know compliance rules and regulations i.e. A.I.R., RESPA and Reg.Z
  • Must be efficient in processing DE/DU & LP
  • Proficiency in Encompass (LOS) preferred
  • Highly efficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be knowledgeable and compliant with all client privacy and confidentiality laws
  • Follows specific guidelines for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investor regulations
  • Reviews loan applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring standards are met
  • Analyzes and interpret credit report data
  • Process documents including income, assets , employment, and closed loan documents
  • Communicates effectively with credit bureaus and applicant’s previous employers
  • Demonstrates excellent professional and customer service skills
