The Sr. Director of Facility Management, reporting to the Vice President Retail and Corporate Property Management and Administration, is responsible for directing the planning and development and implementation of administrative support services and repairs and maintenance for all Retail and designated Corporate Administrative facilities within the Northeast.
The Area Director of Facility Management is also responsible for designated execution support for administrative space planning and engineering services within their geography. Position directly interfaces with senior level management such as Retail Field-Based and associated non-retail management personnel. Regional Facility Managers, designated PBM Facility Managers, Specialists and Building Engineers report into this position. Position is directly responsible for the development and management of operating and capital budgets within region of responsibility.
The position has managerial oversight responsibility for daily facility management of approximately 3500 retail stores, multiple regional offices, one or more non-retail operational hubs, fulfillment centers and any other real estate assets within assigned area. The role will manage 7 to 10 direct reports and oversee up to 25 employees.
Position can sit anywhere in the Northeast field region to include, ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, Delaware and DC with ability to travel throughout the region up to 40%.
~10+ years industry experience in related field; facilities management, construction management, construction project management
~Strong understanding of facility mechanical, engineering and operating systems
~Substantial travel exceeding 40%
~Proven leadership skills managing a diverse team
~Strong financial management background and comprehension.
Bachelors degree required in related area such as facilities management, construction management
Master Degree preferred
