About the Role
The Transaction Coordinator is an individual who is outgoing, works well with others, detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. The Transaction Coordinator has the ability to make decisions and take actions independently in a timely fashion. He or she will manage the entire contract-to-close process efficiently and effectively to ensure all transactions close on time while providing exceptional customer service to the client.
Qualifications
- Real estate experience is a bonus, but not required
- Well versed in Microsoft Office programs, CRM software and Google systems.
- Gmail, Excel, Command, Monday, Data Management
- Knowledge of Google calendars and scheduling
- Possess a strong willingness to learn
- People oriented & is excellent at building rapport through customer service
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to track and manage documents, schedules and client communications efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and work on several projects at once without being sidetracked.
- Solutions Based, takes responsibility and ownership of the role and relationships.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Transaction Coordinator
- Ability to act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the entire process of a real estate transaction while effectively merging the administrative tasks involved
- Create timelines and follow up with individuals on an as needed basis ensuring that all deadlines are met proactively.
- Masters the ins and outs of a real estate contract in order to summarize important terms, conditions and contingency dates.
- Maintain communication with the agent, attorney and lender involved in the transaction including all important dates, missing documents, reminders, missing documents, etc.
- Follow up with clients after the sale and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement communication systems for clients: pre, mid & post transaction.
