Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs.
- Conduct oil changes and lubrication services.
- Inspect and replace air filters, batteries, and other automotive fluids.
- Ensure proper documentation of all services performed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining services.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience as a Tire and Lube Technician or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.50 - $15.00 per hour
