Sales Development Rep
The chief responsibility of this entry level Sales Development role is to qualify leads for the originators while providing an optimal experience for prospective borrowers. You will work with the Marketing, Commercial Real Estate and Data Science teams to refine and develop the existing leads, and create new strategies to grow the pipeline. All of this while consistently meeting monthly, quarterly and annual outreach goals.
We are looking for a polished, confident personality who will actively pursue and develop potential leads and work to ensure that owners have the highest quality experience.
A high daily volume of outreach to high net worth individuals, qualifying existing data and building rapport with the commercial real estate owners.
Work with team members from all parts of the company on developing the data, reviewing the salesforce interface, working on marketing campaigns and developing leads for the commercial real estate team.
Manage contact information, market data, qualifiers and other prospective client data, and accurately record information through the use of our CRM system.
This is a small, early stage Series B start up. Every single voice in the company matters. If successful in your role, you have the opportunity to grow into an analyst or originator role, a marketing guru or learn more about data engineering.
Cold calling experience required

Demonstrated experience working in Commercial Real Estate either full time or as an internship in a brokerage or bank.
4 year college degree
