Restaurant manager duties to include:
- recruiting, trainingand supervising staff.
- agreeing and managing budgets.
- planning menus.
- ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safetylegislation/guidelines.
- promoting and marketingthe business.
- overseeing stock levels.
- ordering supplies.
- producing staff rotas. Must be able to work AM or PM shift and Weekends.
