Full Job Description
Responsible for the strategic development and delivery of seamless and integrated health services to employers including Parkview Occupational health (POHC) clinics, onsite employer services, workplace wellness, Parkview Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and custom Employer Clinics. Additionally, partners with service lines of Parkview Health for comprehensive service offering.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration or other healthcare related field. Master's degree preferred.
Must have at least 10 years of experience in a management position in a clinical, health insurance or managed care administration. Experience leading clinical operations preferred.
Demonstrates understanding of health care delivery system and the functions of all operational areas, including knowledge of the clinical aspects of health care delivery, credentialing, scope of services, medical management and quality assessment. Demonstrates knowledge of the state and federal laws and regulations relating to the delivery of health care services. Demonstrates problem solving skills. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead teams through change to accomplish strategic and operational goals. Identifies opportunities and evaluate, plan, and implement change to achieve the opportunities at a systemic level.
