Job Summary

The Corporate Controller is responsible for and will oversee the integrity and implementation of the worldwide accounting practices and procedures, US GAAP reporting, SOX compliance testing, and Tax. The position reports directly to the VP of Finance and he/she will be a strategic partner to all aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical and technical accounting skills and have recent SEC and IPO experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for consolidation of multi-entity financial statements and global accounting of the company
Ensures that accounting functions are accurate, are produced timely and are in accordance with US GAAP
Develops finance and accounting policies, procedures and controls and ensures that they are up to date and are being followed throughout the organization.
Drives improvements in the business performance for all business units
Works with IT team to drive process improvements
Share best practices worldwide
Assists in the establishment of financial objectives and policies
Assess quality, depth and competence of the global finance organization
Primary contact for worldwide audit relationships
Analyzes financial information to help management
Assists all departments in financial areas

Education/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related; Master's degree preferred; and at least six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Active CPA preferred, Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
