Full Job Description

Summary: Under direct supervision this position works directly with the general public, internal customers and/or external
customers to provide information and services targeted to the COVID-19 Response efforts. Services are mostly performed
in an outdoor setting. Responsibilities include a wide array of COVID-19 activities including clerical functions, directing
traffic, collecting patient information, providing critical information regarding the testing process, and other related task as
assigned. This is a temporary position, funded for the purposes of aiding the community due to the COVID-19 pandemic in
both Cobb and Douglas Counties.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and six months of experience handling customer’s questions,
complaints and/or providing information.

Preferred Qualifications: Significant experience and/or education relating to the specialty area of the position. Knowledge
and usage of hardware and/or software related to the position. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Salary Information: $15 per hour / up to 29 hours per week / this is a non-benefit eligible position
