About the Role:
You drive sales and profit revenue by analyzing the ChMS market, identifying growth opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. You know our clients’ every need and can manage expectations when necessary. You’re trustworthy, honest, and committed to ACST clients and our solutions. You’re also a highly curious, creative-thinker who understands that sometimes listening is more important than talking. This position will focus on our Non-denominational clients and potential clients.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and define growth opportunities, and build corresponding business development plans to drive increased market share, revenue, and total earnings for the market segment.
Lead the strategic planning process collaboratively with the leadership team to develop mutually agreed performance objectives, sales goals and critical achievements.
Analyze the market, identifying market trends to assess needs for product feature development and customer retention.
Be accountable for profit and loss for your book of business, including budgeting responsibilities.
In a matrix environment, provide leadership to sales consultants, working collaboratively to ensure alignment of skills and resources dedicated to achieving growth plans.
Build relationships with the appropriate staff (business drivers), imparting the corporate vision and dedication to the market.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related with 8-10 years of sales experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
An understanding of the needs of the ChMS market.
Ability to devise and execute strategies to further develop the target market
An understanding of customer drivers and markets, and ability to align actions/strategies accordingly
Past success obtaining and maintaining large accounts
Validated ability to grow revenue in assigned markets or territories
Ability to think analytically and make decisions based on analyses
Demonstrated ability to achieve results through building lasting, trusting relationships
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to travel extensively (25-50%) for onsite meetings, presentations, and relationship building. Two to 4 meetings per month at either conferences, client presentations and other select meetings based on need and schedule.
