Overview
The Liaison builds long-term relationships between Phoenixville Hospital and its senior living communities and their Administrative Team. The Liaison is also responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and administration of marketing plans and strategies designed to promote awareness, reputation and preference for Phoenixville Hospital and its affiliate organizations. This position reports directly to the Director of Case Management and works closely with the Director of Marketing and other health care staff to implement marketing and recruiting tactics and develop marketing materials. The successful individual in this position will have strong organizational skills, communication skills, proven writing and editing skills, recruiting and problem solving skills, and will be an excellent team player.

Shift: Day shift, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Previous experience working in a senior living facility, strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in health care and health product related sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, analytical ability, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to follow through
  • Ability to master all primary office software packages
  • Strong motivational skills are imperative as well as the ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
