Description:
Leidos currently has an immedicate career opportunity for a Help Desk Support Services Specialist – Intermediate, in support of the United States Army Marksmanship Unit at Ft. Benning, GA.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the HPITIS contract and the United States Army mission.

Job responsibiities:
Provide IT Tier II Tech support services, to include installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software.

May use Dame ware software and/or other remote software tools to remote into affected computers.

Coordinate repairs, corrections and deployments with AMU and commercial vendors.

May perform Computer Imaging using the government provided image (i.e., Army Gold Master or standard image supplied by the Information Assurance Division of the NEC at Ft. Benning).

Provide support for Windows OS v8 – v10.

Provide iPhone device troubleshooting and support management.

May also provide support for Video Teleconferencing as needed.

Provide general IT administration services, to include installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software.

Provide support for management of Smart phone devices.

This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, traveling to our 17 geographically separated facilities on a daily basis, setting up temporary match facilities (ADPE)to support large scale, hosted, shooting events to include direct support for World Cup matches hosting over 85 countries.

On occasion individual will be pulling cable, using ladders and getting dirty.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years or prior relevant experience.

Active Secret Clearance.

Must be US Citizen.

DoD 8570.1 Compliance and Security+ Certification.

Require a High School diploma with 6 to 8 years of Help Desk Support experience, with a technical associate degree + 2 years of Help Desk Support experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013, Win 8 -10 OS.

Exchange, VPN, Webex, Symantec Antivirus, Active Directory.

Working knowledge of iPhones and iPads.

Working knowledge of networked and stand-along printers.

Working knowledge of video teleconferencing.

Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing PC hardware and software

A good working knowledge of PC hardware, software, mobile computing devices, peripheral equipment, and networking principles and functions.

Solid technical troubleshooting skills and a working knowledge of current technologies.
