Job Specifics:
Shifts will be scheduled during our normal business operating hours anytime between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday (No Weekends). Applicants must have open availability to work any hours scheduled during operating hours!

Job Description:
As aBenefits Senior Project Specialistworking in a call center environment, you will be workingto support customers with their medical benefits accounts. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for performing various data clean-up initiatives.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsible for troubleshooting, interpreting and correcting system generated error messages from participant database.
Under minimal direction defines project/system requirements and test plans that satisfy client requirements.
Write SOLs requirements and run program in order to minimize the number of records requiring manual review and correction.
Performs Users Acceptance and Production Testing on system upgrades to ensure outcome is accurate.
Performs complex pension calculations.
Provides technical guidance, training and assistance to staff as needed.
Assists the team in meeting contractual and non-contractual service agreements by completing assigned projects accurately and timely.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Successful candidate for this position will have:
Must have at least 4 years of Call Center experience.
Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.
Ability to type 25 WPM
Self-Management: Handles multiple demands and competing priorities with minimum direct supervision.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adjusts well to shifting priorities and new responsibilities. Able to multi-task, handle stress and heavy workloads well.
Teamwork: Shows commitment to team, and contributes fair share to work efforts. Has the ability to build effective work relationships across all levels of staff.
Communication: Proficient in oral and written expression. Articulates ideas clearly and concisely through email, presentations, teleconferences, etc.

Preferred experience with Health & Welfare Benefits and 401K pensions.
Must have at least a BA/BS degree!
Analytical: Ability to analyze underlying problems and patterns taken from various sources, evaluates alternatives and draw accurate conclusion.
Computer: Experience working in a database and the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once.
Microsoft Excel: Must be highly skilled in Excel in order to perform various functions required to finalize data clean-up initiatives.
Microsoft Word, SQL
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
