US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

The candidate will provide expert knowledge of the DOD budget process/provide documentation to justify Army plans, participate in selected program reviews and working groups on current/future programs, and demonstrate knowledge in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution System used within the Department of Defense. Analyzes, evaluates, and identifies the areas and types of corrective/improvement actions needed. Monitors the execution of the annual operating budget. Establishes and executes funds control procedures. This is a key personnel position.

Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred degree in a related field such as accounting, economics, business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting. May include up to 6 hours of credit in business law.
7+ years of experience required
Minimum of 5% travel required

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
