Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity to foster an elevated experience unique to our culture while leading a strong team at our multi-faceted Flagship location! Reporting directly to our Central Texas District Manager, our General Store Manager will bring optimism and servant leadership to our teams at our Flagship Store, Café and second South Congress location. This role is required to develop our store and café managers to drive revenue, maintain daily operations, host elevated events while creating a WOW customer service experience.

  • Oversees multiple projects and processes
  • Creates plans to achieve departmental objectives
  • Manage the overall Flagship store operation.
  • Point of contact for corporate partners, landscaping, valet, and cafe operation
  • Manage business store plans for the two retail locations and the cafe operation
  • Cultivate a customer service driven team and hold high expectations for exceptional store experiences at the Flagship location
  • Strong partnership with cross functional home office department
  • Develops SM and Café Manager on how to proactively monitor and influence results
  • Trains and develops SM and Café Manager on driving revenue, fostering customer engagement, and nurturing talent
  • Culturally driven to build employee loyalty and happiness
  • Partner with corporate partners to test and implement new store operations and procedures before launching companywide
  • Host corporate trainings monthly to train corporate partners on the retail operation and customer store experiences
  • Partner with LMPM and cultivate strong partnership with corporate marketing team
  • Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience as a multi-unit manager for a high-growth company
  • A proven ability to break down larger initiatives into consumable achievable tasks to achieve departmental and company objectives
  • Ability to clearly articulate plans and ensure team is aligned
  • A solutions-oriented mentality with a data driven approach
  • A growth mindset: track record of leveraging past learnings, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build cross functional partnerships to make effective decisions collaboratively
