Banker Insulation, an independently owned company based in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Washington State, is currently seeking, self-motivated, team oriented, energetic, detailed oriented and results focused Individuals to join our team. The company specializes in the installation of insulation in both residential and commercial applications.
Provide administrative support and oversight of administrative staff while directly supporting business initiatives.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and preparing daily deposits/banking.
Create monthly physical inventory variance reports and enter physical counts.
Insure compliance with company policies.
Proficient in MS Office Suites.
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and apprehend new software programs quickly.
Associate’s Degree, preferred
