Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team and be the face of Stylecraft. Sales Executives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, touring the model home and community, preparing, understanding and presenting purchase agreements and leading any additional meetings necessary for the building of a customer’s home.
What You Will Do
- Customer experience
- Guiding prospects through sales process
- CRM and follow up
- Cultivate realtor relationships
- Community, Inventory, and Model Home Presentation
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma with a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales. New Home Sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
- Advanced selling skills.
- Excellent networking, follow up, phone and client prospect management skills.
- Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License required.

Schedule:
- Wednsday - Sunday
- 9:45AM - 6:00 PM, except Sunday 1 PM - 6PM
- Weekends are required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,568.00 - $100,000.00 per year
