Company Spokesperson Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Company Spokesperson to be the face of our company and promote and sell our services for a rapidly growing Real Estate Consulting Company. If you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, as well as producing valuable content, we would like to meet you. To be a successful Company Spokesperson, you will need to be actively engaged in selling our services, while producing daily content that will be shared across several platforms, and take pride in being the face of the company and our community. You should also be an excellent social media user, with the ability to advertise our products and answer client queries online, as well as being willing to travel to different locations, and provide knowledge of our brand to assist others in purchasing our services. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company’s brand awareness on a daily basis and generate new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Representing the company/brand proudly as our spokesperson
  • Posting daily branded content to several media platforms
  • Responding to comments/Answering questions about our services
  • Selling services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Posting about our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums)
  • Creating, sharing and responding to online reviews
  • Participating in trade shows, events, meetings as our company spokesperson
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Thoroughly understand our services to inform potential customers
  • Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
  • Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Marketing department
  • Assist in organizing marketing events
  • Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests
  • Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Company Spokesperson
  • Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
  • Experience creating online content
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
  • Experience in Real Estate is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Driver License and reliable car to drive from location to location
  • BS/BA degree Bachelor in Marketing or relevant degree preferred or equivalent is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission

Salary: $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
