We are currently seeking a Vice President, Pharmacy Services to support Easterne US Markets.

Oversight of sales and service of customer accounts across assigned region, directing the efforts of sales team and pharmacy operations responsible for customer accounts;
Influences the sales and operational budgets, ensures appropriate resource utilization, consistent practices, and scope of services provided; monitors performance against approved plans, and adjustments as necessary and appropriate;
Monitors compliance with contractual requirements; Analyzes reporting documentation and develops solutions to correct both sales and operational substandard results; Promotes uniformity across sales and operational teams to ensure that revenue and EBITDA targets are met;
Collaborates with GM and Director, National Accounts on customer acquisition and relationship management strategy; Ensures implementation of service standards; monitoring customer relations, service quality and recovery efforts within pharmacy operations;
Provides leadership in the development of vision and strategy for securing customer accounts across regions, including the establishment of organizationally-aligned performance goals, timelines and outcome measures; responsible for prioritizing and adjusting the strategic plan and initiatives in response to organizational, regulatory or market driven imperatives;
Conveys corporate goals and strategies; Interprets, communicates and ensures compliance with corporate initiatives, policies, procedures and programs;
Seeks out, promotes and facilitates the rapid adoption and assimilation of best practices and innovations in service, technology, and tracking to improve service quality and sales productivity;
Provides executive leadership and direction to assure compliance with contractual agreements, business ethics, financial controls and other JDR policies;
Determines current and future operations staffing levels, in partnership with HR; provides leadership in interviewing, selection and development of direct and support team; Evaluates performance and provides counseling and coaching to team members;
Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
Perform other related duties as assigned;

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required; MBA preferred;
At least 10 years of experience in managing sales and / or operations at the area / regional level with a team of 5-15 direct reports; Regional account management and / or interaction preferred;
Must be able to successfully pass company’s background check and pre-employment drug test
Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license also required.
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship, development and management; strong skills in defusing conflict and coordinating service recovery; focused follow through with detailed response implementation;
Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating team members and meeting performance goals in a sales environment; experience in medical / pharmacy sales preferred;
Negotiation experience, preferably at the national account level; comfortable and effective at balancing company / customer goals throughout complex, longer term negotiations;
Experience in budget development, management and profit and loss analysis;
Conduct travel throughout assigned region on a frequent basis to support team and customer accounts; Minimum of 50% travel required and it could be by air, car or other general transportation means.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both technical and interpersonal;
Highly organized and very effective time management skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Customer focused; team oriented;
