NFL Summer Internship Program participants have the opportunity to contribute to the organization's success while receiving an unmatched, behind-the-scenes learning experience. Though interns work within specific departments, they can explore all aspects of the business of professional football through challenging project assignments, speaker presentations, mentoring relationships, and networking opportunities.
The summer program covers a minimum of 10 weeks, from June 7 - August 13, 2021. Interns will be required to work five (5) full days (approximately 40 hours) per week. Interns will be paid an hourly rate for their work. Neither housing nor relocation assistance is provided for Summer Internship Program Participants.

The NFL is looking for rising stars to join their Data and Business Intelligence Team. Do you believe you have the following qualifications?
OVERVIEW:
The Data and Business Intelligence team handles the entire life cycle for Data and BI/Analytics. We are responsible for data strategy, data management, data collection, governance, and building reports dashboard for the entire NFL. We service all the departments at the League and clubs to:
Identify actionable insights after a deep dive into the data
Work closely with Stakeholders and Business Intelligence Managers
Engage with business managers
Build dashboards with operation data
Ensure data governance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will work on various aspects of data management and data reporting. This will be a great opportunity for a candidate with a passion for sports/media and data science. He/she will learn the full data life cycle from data ingestion -curation - quality checks - warehousing and finally building reports.
The successful candidate will work on various tasks during the internship supporting various data areas and interacting with businesses.
The successful candidate will learn how to work with large data sets in cloud and data visualization technology
Qualifications
EDUCATION: MBA Student
Preferred Major and Coursework: Data Science or Data Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Following courses or knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Data Science, Statistics, Database management, and Python
