As a member of our Front Desk team, you will be the face of the practice. You will get to know our patients and make them feel comfortable and welcome. On a daily basis, you’ll work with both clinical and other administrative staff to answer patient questions and help come up with solutions to the challenges they may have. Our staff works as a team, supporting each other in ways that promote learning and shared knowledge to benefit our patients and bring out the best in each other.
This environment is not for everyone. There is no plexiglass barrier between our patients and the front desk. Our staff have to work with people in various amounts of pain, which requires empathy, understanding, and patience – anyone who is quick to get defensive, argumentative or aggressive need not apply.
But – if you love working with people, enjoy tackling puzzling situations to come up with workable solutions, and can’t wait to share success and achievement with the rest of your team – this is the place for you!
