Job Description: The Hospitality Director will be a highly personal and professional individual who embodies and displays hospitality towards guests and team members. They will lead an energetic, well-trained, and empowered customer service team that consistently turns customers into loyal, raving fans.

Key roles and responsibilities:
Cast vision for hospitality in the restaurant (culture building)
Clearly communicate performance and behavior expectations
Equip team with necessary skills to perform job at a high level
Provide any necessary resources to team in order to enhance performance
Appropriately handles consequences relating to performance whether positive or negative by delivering constructive feedback
Shift management- Hospitality director will be expected to lead operations of the business while simultaneously coaching and directing team
Managing cost controls and handling of daily finances
Sales growth- grows the business through operational excellence and suggestive selling
Recruiting and retaining talent- sourcing, interviewing and orienting team members that will continually raise the bar on our level of excellence
Active member of our high performance leadership team meetings (twice a month)
Brings relevant data that show performance improvement
Collaborates with other leaders to determine appropriate action items that move us toward our overall goals
