Pet Club Store Associates are a crucial part of the business, and are involved in the daily store floor and back office operations that range from exemplary customer service, working shipments and back stock, and having strong register skills.
Pet Club strives for excellent customer service, and the Ranch Store Associate (RSA) is an integral part of accomplishing this objective. Ranch Store Associates will need to be diligent with making sure every customer is treated with the utmost importance and respect, and will have the knowledge to help guide these patrons to make the correct purchases for their animals.
The RSA will need to have an upbeat personality that will encourage every customer to feel welcome and excited to revisit their home store or any Pet Club locations in the future.
The Ranch Store Associate of Pet Club will report to the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader and will be involved with the day to day customer service operations that occur on the sales floor.
These operations include general customer service, cashiering, carry outs, help with merchandising and recovery of the store, product rotation, keeping the store stocked, assuring order accuracy, cleaning and any other miscellaneous duties that the store leaders see fit. RSAs may also be required to assist in unloading trucks and checking in merchandise, opening bales, crates and other containers, and will work with feed and tack merchandise that includes hay bales and large bags of feed. Some employees at select locations may be required to do minimal driving for hay pickup or delivery. For employees that may be required to drive, a Motor Vehicle records check will be performed.
