As the Senior Director of Talent Management for Walmart International, you will be a trusted business advisor providing strategic advice and end to end functional support to Regional Executive Vice President, C-suite and Human Resources leaders in our international markets. S/he will increase organizational performance through talent management, performance and rewards as well as improve International Executive Onboarding using Design Thinking and Agile methodology.
Develops a talent management strategy and operating guidelines that include succession planning (integration of both the external and internal pipeline), Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Performance Management.
Manages talent data and analytics and regularly provide feedback to leaders on human capital and the talent landscape.
Provides overall direction to staff.
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
7 years of supervisory experience, including 4 years supervising managers.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 6 years experience in human resources, talent development or related field OR 10 years experience in human resources, talent development, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Organizational Development or related field.
Six Sigma green belt.
Talent Management experience.
Experience working with international markets.
