Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Improves the QOL of each patient with functional, attainable goals
- Work with the patient and family to ensure a safe transition from inpatient care to their home
- Actively work with members of multifaceted care team
- Directs and supervises personnel as required.
- Collects a valid history relative to the care of the patient
- Performs skilled care under the scope of practice
- Consults with physicians regarding change in treatment.
- Assists physician with evaluating, and treating the patient in the home.
- Completes and submits OASIS assessments, evaluations, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges and significant change in condition in accordance with defined time frames.
Competitive Compensation
$70,000.00-91,000.00 Range for full time (PRN positions also available)
