At Norwood, we are building strategic and creative capabilities to help support and accelerate our community building initiatives. As such, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.
The Graphic Designer will help Norwood visually convey the stories of our brands, our city and ourselves. Working both independently and with project and marketing partners, the Graphic Designer will bring the creative vision for each brand to life through visual graphics and experiential activation.
This includes working with a team of print and digital agencies to design, produce and/or manage the production of a wide variety materials for Norwood’s properties and events, including, presentations, collateral, posters, large- and small-format signage, digital and web, developing and managing visual identity standards, logos, business cards, and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will bring passion and determination along with:
- Up to date in industry software and trends
- Knowledge of setting files for production, working with printers and vendors through completion of project
- Know-how and experience with the creative process and how creative ideas are brought to life, from gathering creative direction to creative development, rounds of review, and implementation
- Multitasking (this position will require working on a wide range of projects at the same time)
- Meeting design and cost requirements
- Working well in a collaborative team environment

- Participation in production, strategy, and planning meetings

Competencies
- A four-year degree or industry experience in graphic design with a minimum of three years working in a design agency or as part of a design team
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and production processes
- Strong work ethic and code of ethics
- Effective professional interpersonal skills to work with a team and a wide variety of individuals, customers, and organizations.
- Organized, self-disciplined, self-starter, who works well under pressure with many priorities and deadlines. Strong time management skills and ability to wear many hats.
- Flexible and willing to work in a collaborative environment, adaptable to the ideas of others and the ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
