Full Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized and kind individual to provide personalized home and administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer of a social good company. You will work on a variety of tasks related to the director’s working and personal life. You will report to the CRO. We are looking for someone with an adaptable skillset, friendly demeanor, proactive nature and cautious consideration around COVID-19.
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external associates
Handle requests and queries
Manage and schedule personal meetings and appointments
Source groceries, home and office supplies
Establish and maintain relationships with housekeepers, building managers and other general contractors
Organize living and office space
Devise and maintain home and office organization systems
Run miscellaneous errands
Experience as a Personal Assistant
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, sit and stoop.
Stellar organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Hours & Compensation
12-20 hours/week, Part-Time flexible
Starting pay: $28/hr
Two Months Contract-to-hire
