Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities  Pull data from database queries on established metrics and information
 Working with “raw data” in Excel to pull, understand, and enhance visualization of reporting
 Partner with Product Managers to ensure accuracy in product materials on intranet
 Develop strong internal relationships across the business
 Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and graphs for leadership or large audiences
 Performs Project Management activities such as: organize and manage work stream content, develop action items, and successful delivery of assigned responsibilities
 Performs diversified administrative tasks, scheduling and special assignments
 Demonstrates a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects
 Day to day responsibility of new business alerts and changes to Members in the CRM system
 Responsible for managing the forecasting tool for the EITL business
 Proactively seek opportunities to contribute to EITL operations initiatives globally
 Participate in EITL Peer Forum events providing additional coordination and operational support onsite
 Responsible for follow up and follow through of Member surveys following events
 Assist in re-engineering lead generation program for EITL and ongoing management of the program
 Partner with colleagues on the team to organize, track, and execute each programmatic initiative
 Ad hoc requests as directed by leadership
 Support of all EITL initiatives globally
Impact of Role: Expected Results  This role will provide operational support day to day to keep the business running effectively as well as contribute to the broader EITL initiatives through an innovative approach to streamlining process, enhancing reporting, and maintaining over time to increase program specials productivity and team effectiveness.
Relationships: Internal/External Events, ESCL, Leadership Partners, VPs, Gartner EITL Members
Education Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Professional Experience  3+ years relevant business experience in a fast paced environment
 The ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignment and coordinate and monitor workflow
 Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish
 Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and also to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
 Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way
 Must be highly organized with good time management skills with a strong ability to handle tight deadlines
 Experience using a CRM system a plus
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 Highly adaptable individual is a necessity
 Customer oriented focus
