The Products:
Proteus Digital Health partners with health systems across the United States to provide Proteus Discover®, a digital medicines program that measures medication treatment effectiveness and helps physicians, care teams, and patients improve clinical outcomes. Proteus Discover provides the tools and data needed for health organizations to build patient engagement, efficiency, and measurement into the delivery of care, and an opportunity to mitigate the high costs of uncontrolled diseases.

In November 2017, the FDA granted its first approval of a fully-integrated digital medicine, Abilify MyCite®. Abilify MyCite is a drug-device combination product of Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s aripiprazole, an atypical antipsychotic, embedded with Proteus’ ingestible sensor that communicates with a wearable sensor patch, smartphone application, and the healthcare provider’s portal.

Essential Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully design, plan and execute internal events including team meetings, training sessions, Company All Hands meetings, Annual Holiday Party, Summer Sizzler event as well as large group or company-wide off sites.
Act as the event host’s main point of contact from concept to debrief.
Build event tracking system by organizing key documents, recording milestones, and maintain costs/budget reporting for easy debrief and future reference.
Attend offsite events to ensure smooth running for attendees
Research and build an effective project management tool to manage the event planning and execution process
Build/maintain a database of event locations and catering providers
Co-ordinate internal meeting catering requirements
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed


2-4 years experience in event planner or coordinator role
Experience with numbers, budgets, and analysis
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat as well as knowledge of Concur and Telephone/Video Conferencing systems i.e. Ring Central
Dependable and highly adaptable
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proven prioritization and organization skills with strong attention to detail
