LOCATION: Madras High School

HOURS: 3 hours per day

STARTING WAGES: $14.19/ Hour - $15.57/ Hour (2018-2019 Classified Wage Schedule to be determined)

QUALIFICATION OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / PREFERRED:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Secretarial Skills
Knowledge of National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs
Knowledge of Federal State Regulations, Sanitation and HACCP Procedures.
Current Food handlers card required

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision, performs accounting clerical work involving posting, checking and entering of numerical data, and processing the day to day transaction, balancing, reconciliation, and reporting. The work of the class involves numerical checking and routine processing of financial transaction documents, and related general clerical duties. Workers receive and post student lunch financial transaction. The work is performed in accordance with detailed procedures, which are closely followed. Assignments include the regular use of computers to enter numerical data, and of calculators, and other office machines.
